[Editorial] One of the Most Hated Companies in the United States (January 9, 2025).

[Subtile] State Farm Insurance in the United States (January 9, 2025).

Founded in 1922, State Farm is, according to the Wikipedia encyclopedia, the largest property, casualty, and auto insurance provider in the United States. State Farm is said to be ranked 39th or 42nd in the 2024 Fortune 500, which lists American companies by revenue.

The encyclopedia says that Michael L. Tipsord is the Chairman, and Jon Farney is the President & CEO (Chief Executive Officer) there.

Mr. Tipsord was born around June 20, 1959, and raised in Illinois. He graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. degree in 1981 from Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, and magna cum laude with a J.D. degree in 1984 from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Tipsord replaced Edward B. Rust Jr. as chairman on September 1, 2015.

Mr. Jon Farney received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Illinois State University, Normal, and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Farney joined State Farm in 1993 and has served in a variety of executive leadership positions, including Assistant Vice President – Securities Products, Assistant Vice President – Planning & Analysis, Vice President – Financial Operations, and Operations Vice President – Underwriting.

These individuals were and are the CEOs of the company on record. They were and are George J. Mecherle (1922–1937, 14 years), Raymond Mecherle (1937–1954, 16 years), Adlai Rust (1954–1970, 15 years), Edward B. Rust Sr. (1970–1985, 14 years), Edward B. Rust Jr. (1985–2015, 29 years), Michael L. Tipsord (2015–2024, 9 years), Jon Farney (2024–present).

Michael L. Tipsord (Chairman) and Jon Farney (President & CEO) should explain why State Farm has been so widely hated in the United States. State Farm is arguably one of the most hated, detested, disliked, or despised companies by the general public in the United States.

[Editorial] Martial Law, Impeachment, Chaos, and Indirect Invasion (January 7, 2025).

Nuclear weapons, ICBMs (intercontinental ballistic missiles), martial law, impeachments, South Korea, North Korea, China, the United States, the 1950 Korean War, espionage & spies, the 2018 North Korea–United States Singapore Summit, the 2019 North Korea–United States Hanoi Summit, music, indirect invasion, chaos, and instability – what do these words have in common?

Mr. Yoon Suk Yeol has served as the 13th and current President of the Republic of Korea – commonly known as “South Korea” – since 2022. President Yoon declared martial law in South Korea on December 3, 2024.

The National Assembly passed an emergency motion nullifying declaration of the martial law several hours after Yoon’s speech. The impeachment process is underway. Furthermore, the motions for the impeachment of other government officials have already been passed by the National Assembly.

The North Korea’s INDIRECT (emphasis added) approaches, strategy, and invasion were not well known to the world or to the general public in South Korea (arguably both innocent/naive and deceived). However, these approaches proved to be highly effective – so effective, in fact, that they succeeded in deceiving many individuals in South Korea.

All of this instability and chaos seems to originate from the North’s political and military will to invade and conquer the South someday in the (long) future. This basic and simple strategy of North Korea has never changed since the end of the Korean War in 1953. However, its tactics have continued to change, and have evolved dramatically.

In a nutshell, indirect invasion is, or appears to be, the origin of the political and social chaos in today’s South Korea. This strategy and these tactics have produced, are producing, and/or will produce very destructive and chaotic results in South Korea because the strategy, devices, tools, agents (or secret agents), and proxies are being chemically and successfully fused with the OCHLOCRACY(emphasis added) within South Korea.

[Editorial] Ochlocracy in the United States (January 6, 2025).

The process and the result of the 2024 presidential election showed that the current status of the modern politics in the United States arguably has some elements of ochlocracy.

According to Wikipedia, ancient Greek political thinkers regarded ochlocracy as one of the three “bad” forms of government (tyranny, oligarchy, and ochlocracy) as opposed to the three “good” forms of government: monarchy, aristocracy, and democracy.

Those thinkers distinguished “good” and “bad” according to whether the form of government acted in the interest of the whole community (“good”) or in the exclusive interests of a group or individual at the expense of justice (“bad”).

Ochlocracy appears to be in opposition to the ideal version of democracy.
