Donald Trump ordered a plan for the release of JFK and MLK assassination files. The files on JFK truly interest us.

There have been many unverified claims about the JFK assassination. But American society must eventually confront this issue.

We are curious about whether issues including, but not limited to the Vietnam War and the Federal Reserve as well as CIA, FBI, political figures, or other governmental or social organizations were related to the assassination.

We don’t think all of the issues can be resolved or verified even if some parts of these files are released in 2025, but it is a step, and it may be a big one towards the truth and the circumstances of what actually happened.

[Subtitle] Andy Kim, Senator Andy Kim, Korea, Koreans, the United States, and the Constitution of the United States of America.

Andy Kim was elected as the first Korean American Senator in the United States. As Senator Kim already knows, or as he must, may, or can know, we strongly recommend that he should not intentionally, deliberately, calculatively, or conspicuously try to help the Republic of Korea . All that he has to do is to just continue showing his allegiance to the United States Constitution.

The writer, editor, and publisher of this newspaper (The American Newspaper) are also a Korean immigrant here in the United States. The only difference between Sen. Kim and the publisher is that Sen. Kim is the second generation of the immigrants, and the publisher is the first generation. That means that both of them have Korean roots and are descendants of Korean ancestors.

When the publisher decided to immigrate to the United States and voluntarily, proudly, and with dignity decided to become one of the core members, participants, contributors, and eventually patriots here on this soil, he decided to respect and perform the pledge of allegiance, loyalty, and fidelity to the U.S. Constitution.

That is the desirable, mature, wise, and legal way in which the Korean immigrants or their descendants not only contribute to this American society, but also truly help, requite, or make requital to their native soil, where they came from, the Republic of Korea (South Korea).

[Subtitle] Regarding Hegseth’s Confirmation Hearing.

Mr. Pete Hegseth(born in 1980) has been nominated on or about November 12, 2024 by President-elect Donald J. Trump(born in 1946) to serve as United States Secretary of Defense(“War”) in his second cabinet. Hegseth appeared before the Senate Armed Services Committee on January 14, 2025 for the confirmation hearing.

Mr. Hegseth was born in Minneapolis in the great State of Minnesota. It’s said that Hegseth has been active in conservative and Republican politics since his undergraduate days at Princeton University. His senior thesis at Princeton was titled “Modern Presidential Rhetoric and the Cold War Context”.

Hegseth joined the Army Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) at the university. He was a National Guardsman. He was deployed in Cuba, Iraq, and Afghanistan. He worked as a capital markets analyst at Bear Stearns. He was a political commentator for Fox News, and a weekend co-host of Fox & Friends. He is the author of several books.

The President of the United States is the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces. And the Article II. Section 2. Clause 2. of the United States Constitution says, “and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law”.

It is said that the United States Department of Defense (USDOD, or DOD) is an executive branch department of the federal government of the United States charged with coordinating and supervising all agencies and functions of the U.S. government directly related to national security and the United States Armed Forces.

U.S. Department of Defense is, according to the Wikipedia encyclopedia, the second largest employer in the world, with over 1.4 million active-duty service personnel, including soldiers, marines, sailors, airmen, and guardians. The Department of Defense also maintains over 778,000 National Guard and reservists, and over 747,000 civilians, bringing the total to over 2.91 million employees. Its annual budget is said to be about or more than $842 billion in the fiscal year of 2024.

The Department of Defense is headed by the Secretary of Defense, a cabinet-level head who reports directly to the President of the United States. The legal roles and powers of the Secretary of Defense are mentioned in the federal law which is the title 10 U.S.C. § 113.

Founded in 1922, State Farm is, according to the Wikipedia encyclopedia, the largest property, casualty, and auto insurance provider in the United States. State Farm is said to be ranked 39th or 42nd in the 2024 Fortune 500, which lists American companies by revenue.

The encyclopedia says that Michael L. Tipsord is the Chairman, and Jon Farney is the President & CEO (Chief Executive Officer) there.

Mr. Tipsord was born around June 20, 1959, and raised in Illinois. He graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. degree in 1981 from Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, and magna cum laude with a J.D. degree in 1984 from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Tipsord replaced Edward B. Rust Jr. as chairman on September 1, 2015.

Mr. Jon Farney received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Illinois State University, Normal, and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Farney joined State Farm in 1993 and has served in a variety of executive leadership positions, including Assistant Vice President – Securities Products, Assistant Vice President – Planning & Analysis, Vice President – Financial Operations, and Operations Vice President – Underwriting.

These individuals were and are the CEOs of the company on record. They were and are George J. Mecherle (1922–1937, 14 years), Raymond Mecherle (1937–1954, 16 years), Adlai Rust (1954–1970, 15 years), Edward B. Rust Sr. (1970–1985, 14 years), Edward B. Michael L. Tipsord (Chairman) and Jon Farney (President & CEO) should explain why State Farm has been so widely hated in the United States. State Farm is arguably one of the most hated, detested, disliked, or despised companies by the general public in the United States.
